Top Chef: Just Desserts is scheduled to premiere on the cable television network Bravo on September 15, 2010.
This will be hosted by Gail Simmons while its head judge will be Johnny Iuzzini, a guest judge on Top Chef and head pastry chef at Jean-Georges. Other judges include Hubert Keller, owner of world-renowned restaurant Fleur de Lys and Top Chef Masters finalist, and Dannielle Kyrillos, "an entertaining expert and Editor-at-Large of DailyCandy".
